The 30-day free trial and every paid plan provide full access to all Rubbletag features. Paid plans differ only by access duration. There are no feature restrictions, add-ons, or hidden costs.
Rubbletag uses the BYOK model. You bring your own OpenRouter API key. Your OpenRouter tokens are spent only when you actively use Rubbletag. These costs are separate from your Rubbletag subscription and are controlled entirely by you.
The 7-day, 15-day, and 30-day tiers offer optional auto-renewal. You choose at the time of payment. The 1-day tier is manually renewed and never renews automatically. You may purchase your next tier in advance. It will begin automatically at the exact date and time your current access period ends, so no paid time is lost. Only one advance-paid tier may be scheduled at a time. Another tier can be purchased in advance after the scheduled tier begins. If auto-renewal is on, turn it off before choosing a different advance tier.
You will be notified at least 15 days before any price change takes effect. Your current billing cycle always honors the price applicable at the start of that billing cycle.

Your conference content is stored on Rubbletag's servers to enable your conference to persist across sessions. Rubbletag never reads, analyzes, or shares your conference content for any commercial, analytical, or unauthorized purpose. It is your data, accessible only through your Rubbletag account. Additionally, your conference is automatically saved as a .txt file on your own device - your personal copy for your own records, portability, and as a safeguard against any unforeseen loss of data. When you conduct a conference, your messages are transmitted through OpenRouter to the LLM providers whose models you are using. Each provider handles this data according to their own privacy policies.
New users begin through the single Start your 30-day free trial link on the login bay, then sign up with a verified email address or Google Account and accept the Terms of Service. You get 30 days of full Rubbletag access from the moment the account is created. No payment details are collected during the trial. On Day 29, we send one informational email with the exact expiry time. When the trial ends, access pauses until you choose and pay for a plan. OpenRouter usage is separate.
If a paid period ends without a successful next payment, including when an optional automatic renewal fails, access pauses at the exact end time. You can reactivate the account with a payment during the following 30 days. If no payment is made during that period, the account and its server-held data are deleted.
Rubbletag tier payments are final after access is activated. Unused time, limited use, change of mind, failure to use Rubbletag, and failure to turn off auto-renewal before the displayed renewal time do not qualify. Contact communicate@rubbletag.com if there is a verified duplicate or incorrect charge, a debit after timely cancellation or account closure, or paid access that Rubbletag cannot deliver or restore. Alt Local Traders reviews exceptional requests manually; Rubbletag has no automatic refund facility.

If auto-renewal is on, turn it off before choosing a different advance tier.
Use Turn Off Auto-Renewal in Payments to stop the next debit while keeping access until the exact end of the paid period. Use Unsubscribe and Close Account to cancel automatic renewal, sign out, and begin a 30-day recovery period. You may restore the account during those 30 days. If you do not restore it, Rubbletag permanently deletes its server-held data.

When you sign up for Rubbletag, we collect your verified email address and subscription status to operate your account. If you choose Continue with Google, Rubbletag receives your verified Google Account email address and Google's stable account identifier for authentication. A Google Account may use Gmail or another email provider. If you choose Keyless Entry, your Telegram chat identifier and optional Telegram username are linked to your Rubbletag account for authentication only. If you enter a Client Name in Settings, it is stored solely for display in the conference header. You may use a short name, nickname, or coined name. Your password and PIN are stored securely. See Data Security for details.
Rubbletag does not collect your conference content for any commercial, analytical, or third-party purpose. Your conference content is stored on Rubbletag's servers to enable your conference to persist across sessions. Rubbletag never reads, analyzes, or shares your conference content for any commercial, analytical, or unauthorized purpose. It is your data, accessible only through your Rubbletag account. Additionally, your conference is automatically saved as a .txt file on your own device - your personal copy for your own records, portability, and as a safeguard against any unforeseen loss of data. We also do not collect your phone number, address, or other personal information beyond the information described above.
Your OpenRouter API key is stored on Rubbletag's servers in encrypted form. It is never visible to Team Rubbletag. It is used solely to make LLM calls on your behalf through OpenRouter.
When you conduct a conference in Rubbletag, your messages are transmitted through OpenRouter to the LLM providers whose models you are using. This is the same as using any subscribed LLM directly. Each LLM provider handles this data according to their own privacy policies. Rubbletag has no control over and no responsibility for how OpenRouter or LLM providers handle transmitted data. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of OpenRouter and the LLM providers available within Rubbletag.

LiveKit is used solely to facilitate live video and audio during Guest Invite sessions. Google is used solely for Google Account authentication. Telegram is used solely for Keyless Entry authentication. OpenRouter and the selected LLM providers receive conference messages solely to generate responses. No other sharing occurs.
We retain account data while an account is active. If paid or trial access expires, the 30-day retention period begins when access expires. If you choose Unsubscribe and Close Account, it begins when closure is confirmed. During that period you may log in with the same email and restore the account. Any paid time that has not yet expired remains available after restoration. After 30 days without restoration, Rubbletag permanently deletes the account and its server-held data. A keyed, one-way marker that does not contain the readable email address remains solely to enforce one free trial per verified email address. Conference text files stored on your own device are unaffected.
Your password is securely hashed. Your API key and PIN are stored in encrypted form. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password and API key immediately.
Rubbletag uses session tokens stored in your browser's local storage to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies of any kind.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Rubbletag after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

The first paid period is chosen manually after the free trial. Auto-renewal is optional for the 7-day, 15-day, and 30-day plans and is activated only when the user chooses it during payment. The 1-day plan may be purchased repeatedly, is renewed manually, and never renews automatically.

If a paid period ends without a successful next payment, including when an optional automatic renewal fails, access pauses at the exact end time. The account and its server-held data are retained for 30 days. A successful payment during that period reactivates access. If no payment is made within 30 days, the account and its server-held data are permanently deleted. Files already saved on the user's own device are unaffected.
The 7-day, 15-day, and 30-day plans renew automatically only when the user has chosen auto-renewal. Turn Off Auto-Renewal stops the next debit while access continues until the exact end of the current paid period. If auto-renewal is not selected, Rubbletag sends a reminder before access expires and the next payment is manual. The 1-day plan never renews automatically.
Tier payments are final once access is activated. Rubbletag does not refund unused time, limited use, change of mind, failure to use the service, or failure to turn off auto-renewal before the displayed renewal time. Refund requests are reviewed manually by Alt Local Traders through communicate@rubbletag.com. A refund may be approved only for a verified duplicate or incorrect charge, a debit after timely cancellation or account closure, paid access that Rubbletag cannot deliver or restore, a serious Rubbletag service failure that cannot be corrected with equivalent access time, a verified unauthorized transaction, or a binding legal requirement. Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method. Rubbletag does not provide an automatic or customer-initiated refund facility. When a full refund is processed, only the access connected to that payment is removed; any other valid paid time remains available.
Rubbletag reserves the right to change its subscription pricing. You will be notified of any price change at least 15 days before it takes effect. Any price change will apply from the start of your next billing cycle. Your current billing period will be charged at the price applicable at its start. Continued use of Rubbletag after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may use Unsubscribe and Close Account at any time from Payments. Rubbletag first shows any paid time remaining and recommends using it. If you confirm closure with your account email and the word CLOSE, automatic renewal is cancelled, you are signed out, and the account is deactivated. Rubbletag retains its server-held data for a 30-day recovery period beginning at confirmation. You may log in with the same email and restore the account during that period. Any paid time that has not yet expired remains available after restoration; paid time continues toward its original expiry while the account is closed. The restored account does not receive another free trial. After 30 days without restoration, Rubbletag permanently deletes the account and its server-held data. A keyed, one-way marker that does not contain the readable email remains solely to enforce one free trial per verified email address. Conference text files stored on your own device are unaffected.

Each LLM provider handles this data according to their own privacy policies. Rubbletag has no control over and no responsibility for how LLM providers handle transmitted data. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of the LLM providers you use.
Your OpenRouter API key is stored on Rubbletag's servers in encrypted form and is never visible to Team Rubbletag. It is used solely to make LLM calls on your behalf through OpenRouter. You are solely responsible for the security of your API key. If your API key is compromised, inform OpenRouter immediately. Rubbletag is not liable for any unauthorized use of your API key.
Rubbletag is not responsible for the content generated by the LLMs accessed through the platform. LLM responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You agree to use your own judgment when interpreting and acting on LLM responses.
Rubbletag claims no ownership over your conference content, questions, or outputs. Rubbletag's own software, design, branding, and written materials are the intellectual property of Alt Local Traders and may not be reproduced without permission.
You agree not to use Rubbletag for any illegal activity, harassment, generation of harmful or abusive content, or any purpose that violates applicable law. Rubbletag reserves the right to terminate accounts found in violation of this clause.
Rubbletag reserves the right to terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service, with or without prior notice. No refund will be issued upon termination for violation of terms.
Rubbletag does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Scheduled maintenance, temporary server issues, internet outages, and third-party provider failures may cause interruptions and do not by themselves qualify for a refund. If a serious failure within Rubbletag's control prevents delivery of paid access and cannot be corrected by restoring access or providing equivalent access time, the matter will be reviewed under the Refund Policy.
Rubbletag is not liable for any failure or delay in service caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, server provider failures, or government actions.

The 30-day free trial is available once per email address.
Rubbletag reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. You will be notified of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Rubbletag after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Rubbletag are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
These Terms of Service are written in English. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the English version of these Terms prevails.
